Do you accept customers residing outside of the UK?
Yes, we provide Room Reviews for customers worldwide.
Room Reviews are nice, but shouldn’t I hire an interior decorator instead?
The cost of hiring an interior decorator or designer can be hundreds or thousands of pounds, plus a percentage of the cost of materials used, so you will SAVE money by using our services. Why pay someone to do a job you can do yourself for FREE?
How much do your Room Reviews cost?
An appraisal of a room costs £105 (VAT inclusive).
Can I afford that?
Our competitors can charge over £150, so £105 or less is a bargain! Our price is pittance in comparison to the cost of your ‘For Sale’ house sitting on the market for weeks or months... or even a year because the rooms are in a poor state. The longer your house is empty the more money spent on agency fees, the mortgage, rent, property maintenance in between viewings, etc.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer great deals! If you order bulk reports (more than one Room Review per order), the second room report is offered at the cheaper price of £100, and thereafter the cost is £95 per report. If you refer someone to us and they use our service, your next Room Review will be discounted by 10%. Even better, if you see a cheaper price elsewhere we will match it with a 5% discount.
Couldn't I ask family and friends instead?
Loved ones usually have similar tastes to us, so what you love they probably love as well. Unfortunately, your family's taste may be loathed by others, which results in your room putting off potential buyers/renters. Many loved ones tell white lies rather than upset people they care about, but strangers like ourselves can respectfully tell the truth.
How honest will you be?
100%. We will always maintain honesty with you because lying helps no one. We will not resort to derogatory remarks. Please do not be offended by what you read in the reports. It is better to be aware of what viewers are thinking than to remain in the dark.
How will I receive my report(s)?
Please specify whether you want your report sent by email or post. We prefer emails because they can be instantaneous, instead of postage that can take up to a week, plus they are cheaper for you.
How much does it cost?
Our rates start at £120.
Do you accept customers residing outside of the UK?
No, we prefer to stage properties within East London in the UK. Customers outside of East London will be charged extra for transportation costs.
What if I don't have a lot of things in my house?
Staging usually involves stripping down the contents of a room to the bare minimum. Most of the time it's clutter that is off-putting to viewers, so don't worry about not having enough room contents. If we require extra contents, there are many furniture rental services, so we will do the legwork by shopping around for the best price. We can declutter the area for an extra fee.
Where do I keep contents removed from each room?
We recommend that you use storage companies who will store your goods for a set amount of time. We can organise this for you for an extra fee. You will have to pay for insurance, if your house insurance will not cover the goods, find a storage facility close to your residence, and consider how you will transport your goods to the facility.
What if I don't like the way it's staged?
We would love for you to like the staged room, but we must cater to viewers before we consider you. Your personal taste may differ from most of the public, so we cannot stage the room according to your taste. Of course you are free to change the room after we have gone, but we would advise against it.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer great deals! If you refer someone to us and they use our service, your next Room Staging will be discounted by 10%. Even better, if you see a cheaper price elsewhere we will match it with a 5% discount.
How do referrals work?
The person you referred must tell us over the phone or email/write to us indicating that you referred them. This must happen BEFORE you use our services again because we cannot issue discounts retrospectively. You cannot tell us who you referred- the referral must do it on your behalf.
What if I'm not happy with my review/staging?
We stand by a 15 day money back guarantee, minus p&p.
If you are unhappy with your Room Review(s), you must email/write to us indicating why you are unsatisfied and return the report within fifteen days of us sending it to you. We will not reinburse the cost of returning the report to us.
If you are not happy with your Staged room, you must email/write to us indicating why you are unsatisfied and we will return to change the room back to the way it was. We will not reinburse the cost of furniture rentals or storage facilities arranged.

Couldn't I just do the cleaning myself?
You could but wouldn't you rather be enjoying yourself instead? You work hard all day and deserve to rest when you return home, not start working all over again. After a tough day running all sorts of errands, wouldn't it be ideal to return to a tidy, fresh home? Our affordable prices mean that you can use our services no matter how little money you have to spare.
Will this service be expensive?
There is no need to have daily cleaning, even though that is ideal. A once a week thorough cleaning could reduce the amount of cleaning work you have during the week for as little as £9 per hour.
Do I have to provide cleaning products?
The decision is yours. Keep in mind that we charge extra if we must bring our own products.
What do you charge (per hour)?
Only £9 if you provide your own cleaning products and £12 if you do not. A full price listing is available here.
Why do you charge extra for same day service?
We are an organised service provider, but requests for same day service can be disruptive because we need to organise a cleaner and transportation at such short notice. This is why we add an extra £15 to the final total of the cleaning service. This extra charge can easily be avoided by leaving at 24 hrs notice before you require our services.
Do you also clean outside of the property?
Yes. We can also clean garages and driveways, gardens, and the exterior of the house including the windows. You must provide safe ladders if you want your windows to be cleaned.
Couldn't I just do the ironing myself?
We iron to a high standard and consistently maintain an excellent finish. Yes, you could do the ironing yourself but the time spent doing so could be used in a more productive manner. You don't wash your clothes by hand, do you? Why not save even more time by delegating the ironing as well? No more toiling over the iron on hot summer days. No more piles of wrinkled clothes waiting for you when you arrive home after a tough day at work. Let us do the hard work for you.
You stated that the clothes will be ready within 48hrs, but then ask that customers specify a desired time and date?
This is correct. We aim to finish your ironing and have it returned to you within 48hrs. Naturally there is a queue so new customers join the back of the line. However, you can request that your ironing is completed and delivered the same working day for only £35. These 'Special Requests' do not affect any other customer and everyone will still receive their completed ironing within 48hrs.
What do you charge?
Instead of adding up the cost of every item of clothing, we use a simple method. £20 for a full black bag of clothes and £10 for half a bag. You can see what we charge for 'Special Requests' here.
Why do you charge extra for delivering and collecting the clothes?
Delivering and collecting the clothes requires transportation, which can be expensive due to rising fuel costs. If you would prefer, feel free to collect the clothes yourself for no extra charge.
Do you work on the week-ends?
Yes. We charge £5 extra per bag on Saturdays and £10 extra for bags on Sundays.
Why don't you iron damaged clothes?
This is to cover our business in case a customer decides to blame damaged goods on us. Damaged clothes might be ironed if a letter is sent by the owner acknowledging the damaged item(s) before the clothes are delivered by the customer or collected by AR. No exceptions will be made. No letter, no ironing.
Do you provide hangers or clothes' covers?
No. You must provide these yourself.
