One/first report is £105
Second report is £100 if ordered in batch

5% of materials' cost is added to the final total.
The client must provide and pay for all the materials i.e. paint, fabrics, furniture, etc before work commences. Failure to do so will delay the time that work begins. If the delay overruns by more than two days, you must pay 25% of the job’s cost and rebook for another appointment. We will reschedule your staging as soon as possible.

Handyman Prices
Handyman: £40 for first hour and £15 per hour thereafter. More information is available here.
Book a half day (4hrs) visit for £120. This is a £10 saving on individual visits.
Book a full day (8hrs) visit for £220. This is a £20 saving on individual visits.
Domestic clients have seven days to make payment. Commercial clients have fourteen days.

Cleaner per hour if you provide cleaning products: £9

Special Requests
Same day service: Extra £15 to total cost
Saturday rates: Extra £5 to total cost
